Dear Members,

The Extraordinary General Assembly was held on the 19 of October 2022.

Elections for two positions in the Board of Directors have been held.

We received applications from  Gabriel Patru, President of IAB Romania, and Maria Catrinescu from Fortuna Group. Both candidates  were elected .

At the same time we updated the `EU Pledge` Annex to the RAC Code.
