According to the regular procedure, the Ethical Committee must give a resolution at the most in 4 days since the complaint has been rgeistered. The term can be extended if a more detailed documentation is requiered.
Member of the Romanian Advertising Council can be any person who's activity includes producing, using or broadcasting advertising on the Romanian territory.

After the RAC General Assembly validates the adhesion application, each member commits to pay an anual membership fee of 5000 RON.
The amount of the membership fee is set by the General Assembly following recomandations from the Board of Directors.
No. The membership fee is the same for all members. Only the Honorary Members don't pay the fee.
Professional associations and reprezentative groups who operate in the advertising industry or in areas conected to it as well as natural persons working in the field and supporting the objectives of the association cand be elected Honorary Members of the Romanian Advertising Council as an aknowledgement of their work.
