Member of the Romanian Advertising Council can be any person whose business includes the manufacture, use or distribution of advertising on the Romanian territory.
   
To join RAC, it is necessary to:

• Accept the Code of Advertising Practice issued by the association after the most advanced codes of self-regulation in the European Union countries and adapted to the Romanian market;
• Deposit directly to the headquarters by courier or in person the RAC application for adhesion, completed in Romanian (no copies accepted), the fiscal record (no copies accepted), the copy of the certificate of registration and the mandate for the organization representative in relation with the RAC (no copies accepted);
• Pay annual fees related to members.

   
The request for inclusion in the Romanian Advertising Council is addressed to the Board of Directors. The application must be in written form and be supported by at least one member of RAC. Applications are approved by the Board, then subject to the General Assembly for approval, along with recommendation for acceptance or rejection of the application and motivation of the recommendation made.
